TRULY DIFFERENT CUPCAKES 
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. broken pecans
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in heavy pan. Add pecans. Stir until nuts are well coated. Add butter flavoring. Blend together (do not beat) the sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Turn into paper lined muffin tins.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Makes 24 cupcakes.
