FUDGE CUPCAKES 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine sugar, flour and eggs; blend by hand but do not beat. Melt chocolate and butter and stir in nuts. Combine sugar mixture and vanilla. Blend but do not beat. Add to chocolate mixture. Blend. Pour into paper lined muffin tins and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
