CHEWY CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
4 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan with nuts. Slightly beat eggs and add sugar, flour and vanilla. Stir by hand until blended. Fold both mixtures together. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Fill cupcake paper almost to top. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
