HAWAIIAN FRUIT SALAD | |
2 cups chunk pineapple 2 cups mandarin oranges 1 1/2 cups juices 1 pkg. cooks-and-serve vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 cup green seedless grapes 1 cup maraschino cherries 2-3 bananas, sliced 1 cup whole pecans Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Reserve juices to make 1 1/2 cups, add to pudding Cook the pudding mix as directed. Cool. Add pudding to pineapple, oranges, grapes and maraschino cherries. Then just before serving, add sliced bananas and pecans. Sprinkle with a few pecans. |
