SALMON PATTIES 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked and undrained
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. finely grated onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. pkg. fine bread crumbs or 1 c. cold mashed potatoes
3 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients, except additional crumbs and butter, mixing with a fork until blended. Shape into 9 patties using 1/4 cup for each. Flatten out slightly. Dip into additional bread crumbs.

Melt butter in electric frying pan at 320 degrees or on medium heat in skillet; add patties. Brown, turning on both sides. Serve with chili sauce or catsup. Garnish with parsley. Yield 4 to 5 servings.
