PRESSURE COOKER SPARERIBS AND
SAUERKRAUT
 
2 lb. or more country-style ribs or spareribs
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
5 large onions, cut in quarters
1 1/2 c. water

Brown spareribs in frying pan with oil or under broiler. Place trivet in pressure cooker. Pour in water and add sauerkraut, onions and spareribs. Cook at high pressure for 1 hour. Serve with your choice of potato, etc.

Onions sweeten up sauerkraut, giving dish a delightful flavor.
