NY TURKEY BURGER 
This recipe creates flavorful burgers that, unlike common turkey burgers, are not dried out but nice and juicy.

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
1/2 cup finely chopped white mushrooms
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or oatmeal)
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1 egg

Mix all the ingredients and form them into burger size patties (they should be much more moist than hamburger).

They may be cooked on an indoor toaster oven but are best on an outdoor grill. Cook the burgers at medium to medium high and turn them when the bottom starts to brown.

Note: When they are plumped in the middle, they are steaming inside and are properly cooked (or check doneness with a meat thermometer).

Serve as is with a side dish or on a bun with your favorite fixings! Enjoy!
