1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Grease 9" Pyrex pie plate. Cook meat and onions in frying pan until meat is gray in color. Mix rest of ingredients together. Add beef and onions. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes or until brown. Serves 4.
