CLAM CAKES 
1 c. minced clams
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. grated onion
Salt
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate and let stand for 1 hour. Shape into cakes as you would hamburgers. Fry on both sides in shallow oil in fry pan until golden brown.
