HAM CONES HAWAIIAN 
1 lb. ground ham
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
10 pineapple slices

Mix first six ingredients together. Form into 10 cone shapes. Roll cones in bread crumbs. Place cones on pineapple slices, place in a shallow well-greased baking pan. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with white sauce.

WHITE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt & pepper

Melt butter in small pan, add flour and stir. Add salt and pepper. Continue stirring until thick and boiling.
