HAWAIIAN HAMS AND YAMS 
Cooking spray
Bell pepper, cut in thin strips
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice
16 oz. can yams in syrup, drained
1 lb. boiled ham, cut in chunks
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cold water
2 tsp. cornstarch

Spray large skillet. Cook pepper for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except water and cornstarch. Stir; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 3-4 minutes until heated through and peppers are crisp tender. Stir occasionally. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into skillet; boil about 1 minute until sauce thickens. 500 calories, 58g carbohydrates, 19g fat, 34% calorie/fat.
