TROPICAL CREAM PUNCH 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
2 (1 liter) bottles club soda, chilled

In punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and juice concentrates; mix well. Add club soda; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve over ice. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 3 quarts.
