THE RECIPE (Hot Fudge Sauce) 
1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk (12 oz. can) or use cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Add the remaining ingredients. Boil 8 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. I prepare in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
