RICE CHEX CANDY COOKIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. chopped pecans
5 c. Rice Chex

Boil sugar and Karo for one minute. Remove from stove. Add vanilla and peanut butter, blend together. Pour over Rice Chex and nuts. Mix well and drop on wax paper.
