BRIOCHE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
5 eggs

Day Ahead: Combine sugar, salt, yeast, 1 1/2 cups flour. Heat butter and milk until very warm, 125 degrees. Beat with low speed mixer.
