RHUBARB SURPRISE CAKE 
3 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 white cake mix

Mix rhubarb, water and sugar in pan. Bring to a boil. Remove and add Jello, mix and set aside. Grease 9x13 inch cake pan. Put marshmallows in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix, use whole eggs. Pour batter over marshmallows and pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until brown.
