CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries 1 c. sugar
1 box cherry Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained slightly
1 c. water
15 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped apples

Cook cranberries, water, and sugar until cranberries pop. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and Jello. Stir until marshmallows are melted, then cool. Add pecans, apples, and drained pineapple. Stir until all ingredients are mixed then refrigerate. Recipe can be doubled.
