MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked rice
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 tsp. ground cumin or cumin seed
1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Mix together and form into balls. In skillet, place:

8 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Drop in meatballs and simmer 40 minutes, covered. Serve with more rice.
