MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. white cornmeal
1 egg
1 button garlic, minced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix beef, cornmeal, egg, garlic, onion and seasonings. Shape into tiny balls. Drop into boiling chili tomato sauce. Cover and simmer.

CHILI TOMATO SAUCE:

1 tbsp. oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 button garlic, minced
2 or 3 tbsp. chili powder
3 c. tomato juice
Salt to taste

Saute onion and garlic until light brown. Add chili powder, tomato juice and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
