MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 c. corn meal
1 onion, grated
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Combine beef, corn meal, onion, eggs, mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add just enough milk to moisten. Form mixture into balls. Brown in cooking oil. Place in casserole. Cover with soup that's been diluted with 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
