BLUEBERRY - PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. solid pack pumpkin
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. flour

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first six ingredients. Blend pumpkin and evaporated milk together. Add this and the rest of the ingredients together. Fill 18 paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
