CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, room temp.
1 box (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
3 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. chunky peanut butter

CHOCOLATE COATING:

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

Mix butter, sugar, cereal and peanut butter well. It may be easier to mix if you add a few more tablespoons of peanut butter. Roll into small balls.

Melt chocolate chips with paraffin (such as used for sealing homemade jelly) in top of double boiler over simmering water. The paraffin helps firm the chocolate. Dip cookies into chocolate mixture, using cooking fork.
