MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING 
4 slices bread
Raisins to suit
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Cut up bread, place in large bowl or baking dish.

Scald milk, sugar and butter for 4 1/2 minutes.

Beat eggs, add salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add milk mixture to egg mixture and then pour over bread.

Bake 12 minutes on high, turn every 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
