NEW ORLEANS SPECIAL 
1 (10 oz.) jar mixed pickled vegetables, finely chopped
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 inch) round loaf Italian bread (or French rolls)
1/4 lb. thinly sliced salami
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced cooked ham

In small bowl, mix pickled vegetables, olives, and olive oil; set aside. Cut Italian bread horizontally in half. Arrange salami on bottom half of loaf; top with half of the vegetable mixture, then the cheese, the ham, and the remaining vegetable mixture. Replace top half of loaf. Cut into 4 wedges.
