BUFFET POTATOES 
4 to 6 med. potatoes, sliced like french fries
1/2 c. milk (or more)
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Dabs of butter
Grated American cheese
Chopped parsley

Line baking pan with foil. Spread potatoes on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes. Add milk. Sprinkle parsley on. Place dabs of butter over potatoes. Seal foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
