CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter

Debone chicken. Cook until tender and chop. Mix liquids together. Mix in chopped chicken. Line casserole dish with crushed cracker and melted butter. Pour in chicken mixture. Cover with remaining crackers and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
