FRUIT MELANGE 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves in extra light syrup
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
1 lg. apple, cored and chopped
1 med. banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 med. kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. coconut, toasted

Drain pears and pineapple, reserving juices in a small bowl. Combine pears, pineapple, apple, banana, grapes and kiwi in large bowl. Add orange juice concentrate and honey to reserved juices; stir well and pour over fruit mixture. Toss gently to coat well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with coconut when ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
