MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. juice from oranges & pineapple
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. & 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Make Jello, using 1 cup hot water and 1 cup juice. Let it start to jell. Whip cream. Whip Jello and cream cheese together. Add whipped cream. Stir in fruit and chill.
