MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 to 6 med. potatoes, peeled
Velveeta cheese slices
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
butter

Put sliced potatoes in a greased 2 quart microwave casserole dish, alternating layers with the cheese. Lay some butter slices over those layers. Pour on the milk. Set on High, cook 15 minutes. Stir and cook on High 15 minutes more or until done, depending on the thickness of potato slices. Cook covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
