1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Melt all in microwave about 3 minutes. Pour over 12 oz. box Crispix cereal. Put 1/2 pound of powdered sugar into large plastic bag. Pour chocolate mixture into bag and add another 1/2 pound of powdered sugar. Put twister wire on bag and toss back and forth 8 or 10 times.
