POTATO POPPERS 
4 potatoes, with skins on, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 teaspoons ground red pepper, or to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp, ground black pepper

Cube potatoes in 1/2 inch pieces. Put them in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with black pepper, red pepper, salt and onion powder. Coat potatoes with seasoning. Cook on medium heat until soft. Then flatten potatoes with a mug or cup.

Continue cooking until golden brown. Enjoy!
