ORANGE - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin orange segments (drained)
2 c. uncooked cauliflowerets
2 c. bite sized pieces spinach (about 2 oz.)
1/4 c. bottled French salad dressing
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
Lettuce cups

Toss orange segments, cauliflowerets, green pepper, spinach and salad dressing. Serve on lettuce cups.
