BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place pork chops in a 9 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over chops. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
