CHEWY PEANUT BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. salted peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup butter and egg in bowl, mixing until crumbly. Press over bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake for 1-2 minutes longer or until marshmallows puff. Cool.

Combine corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips in saucepan. Heat until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Chill for 1 hour or longer. Cut into bars.
