GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
24 graham crackers, crushed
3/4 c. milk
3 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
3 beaten egg whites

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients with graham crackers and milk alternately. Add nuts, fold in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
