BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in sm. pieces
3 tbsp. fat, melted
2/3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat in fat. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in soup mix. Bring to boiling point. Blend sour cream and flour; and add to meat mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve over buttered noodles.
