BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) jar broiled mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can zesty tomato soup
2 cans water
6 to 8 dashes Tabasco sauce

Cut steak into bite size pieces, flour and brown in hot fat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour). Serve over noodles.
