BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in 1 inch strips (all fat removed)
1/2 can of water
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix in Dutch oven. Lay in coals of prepared bean hole. Check to see if tender after 2 hours. Add sour cream when preparing to serve. Serve over egg noodles. Serves 4-6.
