RAISIN ROLLS 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 beaten egg
1 oz. yeast
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. flour
Cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Combine butter, sugar and salt. Add boiling water, then egg and yeast dissolved in cold water. Flour last. Chill 2-3 hours. Then roll out in approximately 15 x 12 inches. Coat with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Spread 1/2 cup raisins evenly. Roll up and cut into 18 rolls. Bake in muffin tin at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
