HAWAIIAN COCONUT PINEAPPLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
3 c. bread flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. Macadamia nuts
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with its juice)
1/4 c. warm water

Put all ingredients into your bread maker pan in the order listed or according to the manufacturer's instructions. Select "white bread" and push start.

You can hand-mix and knead the dough; let it rise and shape into 2 loaves. Place loaves in bread pans and bake in your own oven.
