1 c. parched peanuts, hulled & ground
1 c. white granulated sugar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Grease 9 x 9 inch baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Cut or break into pieces. Enjoy!
