ITALIAN DRUMSTICKS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed
3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
8 chicken drumsticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" baking dish; set aside.

In shallow bowl combine butter, mustard, oregano and garlic; set aside.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese and salt in paper or plastic bag. Roll drumsticks in butter mixture to coat, then shake in bread crumbs. Bake in prepared pan 40 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 servings, 450 calories each.
