OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal

FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, salt and oatmeal. Spread in sheet cake pan 2/3 of mixture. Melt filling ingredients together and spread on above mixture. Dot with remaining crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan.
