MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. cooked elbow macaroni (8 oz. dry)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. frozen peas (run under hot water to soften)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
1 sm. onion, minced
Minced carrot and celery can be added, too

Combine all ingredients.
