2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together. Press mixture into 13"x9" greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese; add sugar. Fold in Cool Whip, spread on top of crust. 3 c. cold milk
