BARBEQUE SAUCE | |
1/4 c. oil 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 c. honey 1 c. catsup 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 c. brown sugar Heat oil in pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook slowly another 15 minutes. Use with chicken, beef or pork. Keeps well in refrigerator for further use. |
