2 bottles chili sauce
8 oz. honey
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. (or a little less) pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix and use with chicken, pork, whatever.
