SQUASH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 c. thinly sliced squash
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
6 crackers

Lightly steam squash and garlic. Layer squash and garlic with butter and a few cracker crumbs between the layers of squash. Top with cracker crumbs and a few dots of butter. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
