CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chocolate semi-sweet chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. In a different bowl, mix dark brown sugar, butter and sugar. Blend in 2 eggs, vanilla and chocolate chips. Blend together. Add ingredients from first bowl (flour, salt and baking soda).

With a small ice cream scoop drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. (A large tablespoon works well, too!) Bake for 20 to 24 minutes at 300 degrees.
