Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is exactly what I wanted to do, just wasn't quite sure how to do it. (Times and temperatures ????) I haven't made them yet, but I am going to right now! I am absolutely positive they are going to taste fantastic! Thanks again!

These turned out wonderful & my family ate every bit!! However we used our own rub, kept the ribs covered in foil until the last 30-45 minutes then smothered them with famous daves bbq sauce... so delicious!!!!Thank you for the recipe.

Super delicious and very tender! I used a rib rub, and for the last 30 minutes of cooking time I put on Sonny's BBQ sauce(which is the family favorite). Next time I cook them I will use beer in stead of water and cover them with foil.

Dietary restrictions prevented from following recipe to the letter. Used a gluten-free bbq sauce (Stubby's), and cut down considerably on the salt, and covered the dish with foil. Other than that, cook times were perfect.

This is a life saver. An amazing meal and it's so easy! Only thing I add is some Worcestershire sauce to the water.

Followed the recipe precisely with the exception of the salt rub due to dietary restrictions, but the results were far less than anticipated. Ribs were dry and over cooked. This recipe reads more like one for bone-in ribs rather than boneless.

If they're overcooked, it's because YOU overcooked them. DUH.

Easy to prepare and I thought they came out pretty good. I only used a tablespoon or two of salt and the same with the sugar. 4 out of 5 stars!

Sooo amazing, the ribs come out of the oven smelling like heavenly delight & are so tender, I used sweet baby rays barbeque sauce in honey, I love sweet bbq ribs so I changed that up. but other than that this recipe will definitely stay in the family.

I use 2 parts thyme to 1 part sage for my rub. Make up as much as you need for the amount of ribs. I usually just make a big batch so I have the rub when I need it. Liberally coat the ribs top and bottom with rub. Make sure you remove to thin skin/membrane on the back of the ribs. A paper towel works well to grab the skin as it is very slippery. Add the BBQ sauce 30 minutes before the end or just eat them with no BBQ sauce. If you are not using BBQ sauce add sea salt or seasoned salt to rub. The rub is awesome with or without the sauce.
